How to use across multiple devices
- Start as a Guest: Enter your stocks and dividends freely. (Stored safely in your local browser)
- Connect an Account: Register with email/password and verify your email, or sign in to an existing account.
- Choose Sync Mode: Select either “Enable auto sync” or “Use manual sync”.
- Confirm Sync: Check the “Last synced” timestamp in your account menu.
- Sign In on Other Devices: Sign in with the same account on mobile or another PC to continue managing your portfolio.
- Keep Records in Sync: In manual mode or if you don't see recent changes, tap “Sync now” or “Retry”.

Difference between Cloud Sync & File Backup:
Cloud sync brings records up to date across devices using the same account after synchronization completes.
JSON backup stores a snapshot of your portfolio, buy/sell/dividend records, and user settings. Quiz statistics, term mastery, and activity logs are not included; check account sync for those records.
