Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service define the conditions, procedures, and responsibilities governing the use of dividend calculation and portfolio management services provided by SO Dividend (hereinafter "the Service").
Article 2. Service Provision & Modifications
1. The Service calculates and visualizes information such as dividend yields and payback periods based on user-provided data.
2. The Service is provided free of charge and may be modified or discontinued based on operational circumstances.
Article 3. Disclaimer
1. All information provided by this Service (calculations, term definitions, exchange rates, etc.) is for reference purposes only and should not be considered absolute investment guidance.
2. Users are solely responsible for any investment outcomes resulting from use of this Service. The Service provider bears no legal liability for such outcomes.
3. Exchange rates and dividend data provided may not be real-time or guaranteed for accuracy.
Article 4. Data Storage
This Service does not require registration and stores data only on the user's device (browser LocalStorage). The Service provider does not collect or store personal investment data on any server. Data may be irretrievably lost due to device loss or browser cache clearing; therefore, we strongly recommend using the backup feature regularly.
Article 5. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and functionality of this Service are owned by SO Dividend. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.
Article 6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
